In this episode we’re talking about GUILT which normally has a negative connotation (understandably) but how instead we can also reframe it and view it as a powerful tool we can use for self-reflection. My goal with this episode is to have you thinking a little more about what’s important to you and what some of those feelings we often deem as negative can not only teach us, but actually be used as a compass to help us really understand what actually matters to us.
