In today’s episode I want to share with you two ways you might be UNINTENTIONALLY holding yourself back & share with you a couple real time lessons I’ve been learning about MYSELF where I was unintentionally holding myself back and dimming my own excitement.
So often we are WAITING for a conversation to happen, or an apology we feel we deserve, or ACKNOWLEDGEMENT about a wrong doing from someone else, but when we do that, we are giving THEM the power to our own HEALING. I want to challenge you to ask yourself WHO’S VOICE or OPINION is holding you back, or find where you are dimming your own excitement about something because of people pleasing tendencies, and remind you that YOU have the power and control to move forward.
